Certification of Software Companies

WM Datenservice provides standard and tailored data parcels to financial institutions, implements new technologies on behalf of customers, and develops individual data solutions for the optimisation of business processes.

Cooperating software companies integrate our data into customer systems, the requisite knowledge of the WM database being certified to both companies and employees.
 

Companies

The expertise of the software companies with whom we cooperate in handling the WM data is certified. Given proof of meeting our standards, a certificate is issued stating the certificate class based on the number of reference customers. Certification is contingent upon proof of project success (at least two customers), with at least two employees of the company having to be certified individually. 

Employees

Employees of cooperating software companies must have knowledge of the integration process between WM data and financial institution systems. They must also be versed in WM products and services, such as WM-DATA LINE (for integrated transaction settlement in front, middle and back office areas); and all supplementary products and services: WM-Xpress, WM-DOK INT, WM Issuer Service, Issuer Reference, Fund Processing Passport Service (FPP Service) and Fund Reporting Service. This entails extensive knowledge of the WM database, which is acquired exclusively through seminars with subsequent testing and certification: 

• 5-day seminar, including examination of technical and content components

• Annual updating/renewal of certification through one-day seminar.
